Solid, solid win toniight gentlemen, and no ne seriously hurt. :td:

Let's dust the Moccs off quickly, get the starters out, then lay a whuppin' on the Barn.

Two scoring drives under 18 seconds both in the 4th quarter. 4th Quarter program working still.

Loved the way the announcers really kept going back to this as well. They kept showing Cochran over and over again.

Isn't this a lot more fun than the "not finishing" days?! I don't know how they get stronger as the game goes on, but by golly they sure do.

Roll Tide and congrats to everyone in crimson.:a:

So I guess your nerves doing better now.

Much better, thank you. I'm so happy.

I'm starting to think it must be my duty to be a bundle of nerves...LOL. I actually felt fine about this game until this morning. The guys on Gameday all pretty much agreed that we'd struggle with State. Then I kept thinking about the tough time we had with them in '92 and the upsets in '80, '96, '07, etc...

I don't know that I'll ever feel totally confident with State.

That said, just an awesome game. I'm sure it could have been better, but I'm not quite sure how much better.:a:

Another way of looking at it...

One thing I noticed during the game when I re-watched it last night:

On the first TD to Hanks, he was lined up on the same side as Julio. Julio ran an out and Hanks ran a post-corner. On Julio's TD, Hanks ran the exact same route, getting the safety to bite and making #8 painfully wide open.

The big plays were very encouraging, and the combo of Ingram and Richardson is just nasty. And of course, Barron and Marquis both had stellar games.
