BAMA In The NFL

Every playoff game so far has former Bama players starting on both sides of the ball. How many times did we see Demeco talking Ingram.

I am watching the Bengals & Chargers; Gilberry tackled McClain on fourth down conversion attempt that Gilberry stopped. And Dang Jarret Johnson was making great tackles for loss. Why did the Ravens trade him?

You could audibly hear Demeco yell "ROLL TIDE" after he made a big hit on Ingram one time and Ingram just smiled at him.

Ravens didnt trade Johnson, he became a free agent and Chargers backed the money truck up to him.

I thought I heard that too!!! Nice.

Eddie Lacy, the Louisiana native, had never seen snow before moving to GB. Says he'll go no sleeves. Three layers, yes, but no sleeves.

When I read this I started looking for the pictures of the snow ball fights on the Quad several years ago. After a few minutes I gave it up...found this a few minutes ago.

Richardson has been a disappointment. Not sure if its speed or what.

Ingram started off hot with a out 15-16 yards on his first 2 carries. I left to run errands and I don't remember seeing him when I got back.

But remind them of Julio. Of the 3 first round skill players we've had in the Saban era, he's easily the standout.

Richardson is not looking good tonight .. I've got friends messing with me saying, "Never draft a Bama skill player in the first round!" :smiley-confused-pur

Oh how great it is to listen to the 'Bama haters' tears. Well anyways, its their loss. Just remind them of Andre Smith (being rated as one of the best RT's in the game now), Julio Jones, Eddie Lacy (taken in the 2nd, but will win OROY), DJ Fluker, Demeco Ryans (again, taken in the 2nd round, but won DROY in '06), Kareem Jackson, Wallace Gilberry, Roman Harper, Mark Ingram (has caught on late, on his contract year, but will be picked up by a team to either be the featured back or to split carries), and Charlie Peprah (had a good career at GB despite being picked in the 5th).

I didn't include Robert Lester or Chance Warmack because I have no idea how they did this year. Anyways, other than Rolando, Richardson, and Glen Coffee (for obvious reasons), all of the 'Bama picks have been fine.

Never understood the goat humpers claim on "we're in the present". When we brag about 49-0 last year, they bring up 2010. Now that they beat us again, they tell us to quit living the past. Just love it, they lose the championship game and their only resort is "well at least we beat 'Bama". At Alabama, you go to win championships. At Auburn, Alabama is your championship. What a sad and pathetic program.
