BAMA In The NFL

Chargers O-Line in shambles still. Loving every bit of it. Rivers turnover prone as hell right now and not looking to slow down. God I'm loving it. New additions on the Raiders defense, including Nick Roach, Maiv, and Burnnet in the Linebacker core. So damn tired of losing to the Chargers.

Anyways, yeah Fluker is struggling a bit pass protection wise, but did you see him run block? Good god that man completely mauled over the Bears defense. Loved his enthusiasm after the TD. You could hear the crowd booing him. I honestly don't care that he's at San Diego, just happy to see him succeed.

I saw Richardson have a good night. Still can see he's a bit danged up, and just a tad bit slower than what he's used to running, but still have a solid night. 5.5 yards per carry

Julio is a monster. No need to show his highlights or show stats. Everyone knows he is a complete monster and Ryan does a great job at connecting with him.

Also a Raiders fan as far as the pros go. Been a rough 10 years. Hate to see Bammers go to AFC West teams but what can you do?

Go Raiders! But yeah, as of now, the Chargers have 3 'Bama players and it pisses me off to unheard of levels. Jarret Johnson still looks like he's going to cause havoc off the edge, and with Jared Veldheer gone, it only puts more pressure on Barron, who by the way sucked ass against the Saints.

Count ourselves lucky though. John Elway was looking at either Monte Ball or Eddie Lacy...gladly drafted Ball.

Run defense looks solid though.

Well I'm watching the Niners-Chiefs game right now and every play they are mentioning Nico Johnson. This guy is literally all over the field. Hitting his gap hard, playing good in coverage. He's rotating in with he first team also.

Trent- 7 rushes for 31 yards

Mark Barron had like 4 tackles last I saw, 2 for losses.

Barret Jones was playing and did fairly well blocking wise. Was RG.

Haven't heard anything about Dee Milliner yet, but the Jets might be worse than the Raiders this year. Surprising huh?

And big surprise...Mike Tomlin cut John Parker Wilson.

Sarcasm I assume? Because from what I've seen form him, he's done pretty bad.

Am I the only one that has noticed Jeremy Shelly tearing it up for the Falcons? I know they still have Matt Bryant, but Shelly's made 5 field goals so far. They're giving him a look and he's performing.

Saw that he missed a 40+ FG, but yeah, he's done pretty good. What happened to Matt Bryant?

Oops, yeah I meant to mention that. They actually let Shelley go the whole way in the last preseason game. 39 yards and under he's money, but past 40 he struggles mightily. Not sure how practice squads work in terms of kickers but I assume he's either headed for the practice squad or the chopping block. He def. didnt do enough to beat out Bryant.

Bryant had a small back strain last week which is why he sat out and Shelley got all the kicks.
