🏈 Bama in the NFL Conference Championships

Cant wait for the NFL games Sunday afternoon. Bama is well represented this year. Carpenter and Norwood against Clinton-Dix and Lacy. Then Hightower against Chapman.

Hope they all play well but I hope Lacy has the best day.

But there's one glaring a sense.... Trent. What on earth has happened to him? They sat him last week and now he didn't even travel with the team to Boston. He's been a disappointment in the league at both stops. I thought he'd be a stud in the NFL. Still can't believe the Colts traded a first round pick for him though. Hope he gets things together and gets a fresh start next year. Would love to see him breaking off long runs again.

Running back Trent Richardson did not accompany the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday when the team made the trip for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the New England Patriots. On Sunday, the Indianapolis Star and ESPN.com reported a family medical emergency caused Richardson to miss Saturday morning's walk-through before the team left for New England.

I think there might be something to do with Trent's head or something, he had a cpl concussions his rookie year and he just hasnt seemed right ever since. I have seen multiple plays where there would be GAPING holes to run through but he would bounce it or cut right into a bunch of defenders for no reason. Its really weird.

You guys have more details than me in Trent. The Colts coach said he wasn't bringing Trent to Foxborough because he was now the 3rd string RB and they need the 3rd stringer on special teams, and that Trent had not played special teams with them before. So for this teason they were taking a guy they signed early in the week.

Now that's an odd scenario if you ask me. A specially odd explanation of he's dealing with a family emergency. Strange way for Pagano to handle it.
