🏈 Bama and TAMU stats going into next week

On paper we should be able to stop them and outscore them. Their Freshman Christian Kirk really worries me, but we will have to wait and see. I hope our coaches direct the hell out of the miscues on the offensive line from the Ole Miss game, because Miles Garrett and the other end will be coming as hard as Ole Miss and we need to neutralize that.

A&M is better because of the Chavis hire. Not that I think he is so great, but I think he was a needed upgrade. They have added some talent on the front to go along with Garrett. Instead of sitting back on their heels, Chavis has them attacking. I still think we win this game because of our defense, JK Scott is coming around (averaged 45+ even with the partial block), Cyrus is dangerous in the return game, as long as Jake plays within himself and the OL blocks and doesn't take a play off to take up tickets, and Kiffin doesn't try and get cute with his play calling, BAMA by 14. IMHO, Kiffin has become predictable when we have a good run (7+), we rush to the line and run the exact same thing for no gain or a loss. I feel that DCs aren't complete dumbasses and they have put in a built in adjustment such as slanting into the previous playside. When we get around the -40, we are going play-action and almost damned determined to throw it deep, even with double and triple coverage. Go ahead and send him deep as a decoy, but nail OJ or Stewart on a 20 yard square in route. It is open because the damn safeties are bailing on the snap.

Not to mention they upgraded their OL coach (aka running game coordinator).

DT's vs DE's ... same type of players, different running scheme when running AT the DE's (see UGA)
