I have been watching college football for over 45 years, and this is one of only a handful of games where I had absolutely NO DOUBT that the referees were trying to influence the outcome.
We got mugged on the DL and our WR all day, and got what, 1 PI call, and not a single hold against LSU, while LSU had their WR pushing off and their DL clubbing us all day, and we got NOTHING...except bullshit calls against us on every critical 3rd down in the 2nd half. The zebras absolutely kept LSU in that game the entire 2nd half!
If I was CGM, I would have walked to the podium for the post game presser and slapped my checkbook down, said, "I am fixing to write a big check for a fine to the SEC, but I am not letting this bullshit go without telling everyone what happened", then proceeded to call out every BS call against us, and non-call against them.
That damn crew should never call another game in the SEC.

Nothing to be super mad about. It was flagrant enough for the media heads to agree that the barner backs were molesting the LSU Tigers on the last drive. What they ought to be mad about was their lack of a running game. LSU didn't have a big advantage but they were more determined to stay balanced.

My guess is that Burrows is a slightly better version of Danny Etling. They are in a much better offensive scheme that lets them operate downfield and compete through the air. I give Orgeron credit for that and some of the plugs he got over the summer that has really helped this team achieve. But there is no Les Mile's type of skill players around him. No Fournette, or Guise, or even Jeremy Hill. No Landry Jones, no DJ Chark, no Odell Beckham.

Dave Aranda is a bad man.
