hey everyone,
My wife and I are driving down from Cincy Ohio this Friday and goin to the game this weekend. This will be my first Bama game in Tuscaloosa. I am so jacked up to see a game in Bryant-Denny, It's Monday and I can't wait . I wasn't sure but maybe there was a thread already started about what are some things to do and see. Also any helpful hints on where to park. Since its only my wife and I and we don't know any one there, where are the best places to get food on game day? Is there anything that goes on Friday night on campus? Anything would help. Thanks Everyone! ROLL TIDE!

be sure to get there early, there is a list of food places at the top under gameday information or you can click here.

Places to visit
1. Bear Bryan Museum

I am sure some others have some ideas as well

Have fun and have a safe trip to tuscaloosa and Roll tide

Two Things:
1. Go next door to the Houndstooth and get the BBQ Nachos at Big Bad Wolf
2. Go to the quad about an hour before the game and here the band play on the steps of Gorgus Hall (Will give you chills)

At the foot of Denny Chimes you can place your hand in the hand print of Joe Nameth and Kenny Stabler. Joe has a mit the size of a Yetti and Kenny the size of an Oompa Loompa.

If you get tired and need a place to sit for a while and maybe grab a soda, head to the Student Union Bldg -- Ferguson Center. (North of the Quad)

Share with some tailgaters that its your first game and that you traveled hundreds of miles to get there -- give them a chance to show some southern hospitality.

Before you leave, learn to say "Y'all"...and use it back home.

While you're here, plan your next visit...cause Y'all want to come again.

Walk of Champions will start at 11:00, there will be a crowd so get there early if you want up front. One thing to do is get on the steps so you can see most everything if you get there a little late

 Big Bad Wolf Nachos are that good! My brother-in-law turned me on to them. They only set up on game days. Standing in the street looking at the Houndstooth they are on the left. When you get to the bottom and the cheese, and chips, and bbq, and bbq sauce all meld together,,,nuff said!

Get there early. Go to the Bryant Museum - will open at 8 and close at 4 on Saturday. Walk around the quad.

Walk of Champions and Pep Rally Elephant Stomp at Gorges Library is awesome. The Ferg is about a block or so behind the Gorges Library.

Get into your seat in BDS early - senior day activities will be about a 1/2 hour to an hour before kickoff I think. (I don't recall reading / seeing anything about it for this year).
