Looks like the lower seats are going to be rebuilt on a steeper grade with the field lowered for sight lines. It'll actually have some continuity once completed:

They are doing 3 things this off season, believe they will be just under 110k seats for this season only.

Dropping the field 7'
Rebuilding the 1st row of student side
Building a south endzone
