I've never priced what he's using to get a level line for his base. I would think that type of level would cost as much as his saws-all, cut out tool, circular, hammer...
Tool wise, he's not using a whole lot...no more than eight counting the drill ... ? I think it's also a good example of how some things can be pretty easy if you take your time, one step at a time.
