BTW. The Baylor QB was terrible too. 12/21 for 117, 1 TD, 1 INT. OU combined 12/23 for 120, 0 TD, 2 INT.

I disagree… to a certain degree. If you wait it all rides on the 2 point conversion. If you don’t wait and fail you know you need two possessions.

Basically you have two options if you go early (albeit slim) and only one option if you wait.

The reality is either way is a losing proposition.
