Timid? I'm shocked Sark didn't open the game up with some easy throws for him. Screen passes or easy throws to the flat. McElwain did that with McCarron in the 2011 title game vs LSU and it helped build his confidence. Eventually those easy throws will open up some riskier competitions downfield for a new QB.

Re: Manning, maybe (probably) nothing at all, but noticed several times that he does some weird stuff with his arm/shoulder, like it's bothering him. Possibly just trying to stay loose, or maybe nerves, but he looks like a guy trying to ease some pain or tightness in his arm.
