If you guys havenāt seen the 30 for 30 on Mark Gastineau it is an interesting watch. But the winner of the episode is clearly Marty Lyons. What a guy. He was before my time so I never saw him play, only heard some stories. But heās an incredible human. They should do an episode on him and his life.

Mark was the first one to celebratory getting a sack! I think he was the first to have a un-sportsmen flag against him for his celebratory. The OL wasn't to please with him celebratory it either. Marty was good at his DL too.
I haven't seen it, but saw the video that when viral with him and Favre. Favre took the high road which was good to see. Lyons is definitely first class from everything I've ever seen and heard.
