I've heard Cam is coming along better than expected, but Saban didn't say both will play. He only said TJ for sure and Cam is day to day.

Tomorrow we should have a better indication with Friday being a travel day.

Evidently Cam received some harsh criticism as well for spurning the home state team. He tweeted out, "I haven't forgot. It's personal!"

(One day I'm going to spend the five bucks and download a voice to text converter...but, I digress. Last night didn't want to type all of this out on the phone.)

Yesterday, Cam took over two dozen snaps with the 1's in what I'll call "live game action situations." He says he's going to play Saturday.

However, according to one of the trainers and the offensive line coach they are still seriously considering going with Shep at left tackle and Hill at right tackle and playing Cam sparingly.

Now, in a personal opinion type of thought:

Coming into the season we were pretty confident in Cam's pass blocking: run blocking was his "weak point." We'll need to run tomorrow and be able to do it between the tackles. I'm thinking that Shep/Grant may be our best combination for a strong running game.

I expect to hear more tomorrow...errr, today.
