The backfield will remain crowded which is a good problem to have. Henry, Drake, Tyren Jones, Altee Tenpenny, and Bo Scarborough with Desharrius Flowers and possibly Damien Harris thrown in to the mix.
If Tenpenny does leave, so be it. That could possibly mean that Ronnie Clark stays at the RB position if we don't get Harris out of Kentucky, or get one of the F$U guys to flip.
While Ragland has had a very good season, I think that Saban and Co have probably advised him to stay for another year.
I know that the NFL has limited schools to 5 kids apiece for getting a evaluation. Hopefully, this will cause these "family and friends" to shut their mouths and not drive a kid into making a poor decision.
Ragland could use more work on his pass coverage skills. That could really enhance his draft stock, in my opinion. Though he has improved on this as the year has progressed.
I hate it, but he's leaving. Atleast that's the word from within. Could always be wrong, but after what Kiffin said in his media days comments and from what I heard from someone within, he's gone.
I can't see him coming back. I'm not sure what he has left to prove. Plus he isn't going to get more carries in our loaded backfield so I don't know how he could improve his draft stock enough to warrant another year of pounding at the collegiate level.

The coaches know who is going and who is staying at this point. I heard Cooper, Yeldon, and Collins. I was told this before his comments, but Coach Saban talked Reed and Ragland into staying. Which makes sense since they just announced they'd stay. Just what I heard and thought it would be interesting to share.
So we lose Cooper, Yeldon and Simms. That's what percentage of our offense? A big chunk. And we lose D. White and C. Jones. About our entire passing offense. Time for some young guys to make their mark.
Always hard to see the guys leave early, but the shelves are loaded with talent so the hope is that next up won't take too long to get up to speed. KD will be a major help with his return.
