At first, I was like "NO MORE RENOVATIONS! WE NEED A TOTALLY NEW COLISEUM!"

And then I read that the plan is to use pretty much the existing outer shell only, demo/gut EVERYTHING that's not a weight-bearing structure on the inside, and rebuild everything internally.

Then I was like " this could work"
