📝 4-star LB Joshua McMillon commits to Bama over Auburn, Ole Miss

Say hello to the 21st member of the Alabama Class of 2015!

"McMillon is rated as 217th player overall in the country, as well as the number No. 15 outside linebacker, and the No. eight player in his home state of Tennessee, according to 247Sports’ Composite rankings" (via Bama Hammer). From Whitehaven High School in Memphis. Final four schools were Bama, Michigan, Auburn, Ole Miss. He is 6'3" and 239 pounds.

"In his prediction article (subscriber content) from yesterday, BamaOnline’s Tim Watts described McMillon has having the perfect mold for the typical Alabama linebacker. Watts also stated that McMillon shows great form while tackling and is highly effective as a blitzer, doing damage on passing downs.

McMillon’s area recruiter is Coach Billy Napier who has done a great job during his time at Alabama. According to Watts, linebacker coach Kevin Steele also did a great job with his recruitment and explained to McMillon how he would fit in the Tide’s defense as a Mike or Will linebacker. McMillon plans on studying engineering and came away highly impressed with the aerospace engineering program in Tuscaloosa."

239 pounds already!?! Dude is a beast at 17. He could grow another inch and may put on a few more pounds when he hits Cochran's world and be a brick wall in the middle. Damn what a big backer.
