The Transfer Portal will be open from Friday, January 2nd until Friday, January 16th. Players will have those 2 weeks to enter the portal, but can sign after the portal closes. The 2 teams that play in the CFP National Championship Game will have a five-day portal period from January 20-24.

Note- Players in Red were either starters or significant contributors who played 150+ non-special teams plays in 2025.

Chirgwin was on the roster last year and even had a TD catch if I’m not mistaken. Being allowed 105 scholarships now and we are definitely under that, plus minimal NIL given from our end, equals a win win in my opinion.

You understand Alabama is not going to hit 105 scholarship. I think they will stay around 85 to 90.

CKD hired him, so I guess he felt like he was a good fit. I do think Coach Kap caught most of the blame, I don't think he deserve 100 percent of that. I just think Coach Kap just checked out mentally and is ready to retire and move on.

He will most certainly try for another year of eligibility, also he has a small buyout from South Carolina but according to most because he was behind Stewart the buyout is minimal because Stewart re-signed with them. I'd expect this is another bandit/wolf piece he's a good pass rushing edge.

Will enroll in classes tomorrow and will be on campus for Spring will be considered a "mid-year" signee. Not sure what that means for regulations on practice and whatnot but I'm guessing it's not illegal for him to practice in Spring and officially be a part of the team in Fall. This would be the 2nd WR for the 2026 class. I knew we offered and talked with him but honestly the kid rarely uses social media apparently and there wasn't much information on his end. He was already committed to Samford, he missed most of the spring Camp Evaluations going into his senior year because of injury so nobody had him ranked or anything. He also didn't participate in any of the hype at all out of high school. Posted 1200 yards and 16 tds, definitely a good depth piece for the future.

Put this on non-stop in the facility. Tired of the patty caking and coddling of guys. Throw walk-ons in there if no one else wants to play with a true killer attitude. I'll play with two stars or three stars if they play with this attitude regardless of the results.
