Here is the 2026 Roster Management Chart. You can view last year's version here. I will keep it updated regularly as player portal in and out and early draft departures make their announcements.

This chart will be updated regularly to reflect the most up to date roster outlook for 2026.

The Transfer Portal will be open from Friday, January 2nd until Friday, January 16th. Players will have those 2 weeks to enter the portal, but can sign after the portal closes. The 2 teams that play in the CFP National Championship Game will have a five-day portal period from January 20-24.

Note- Players in Red were either starters or significant contributors who played 150+ non-special teams plays in 2025.

I'm saying that If I was a coach going up against Alabama in this cycle.. I would use the "coaching situation"at Alabama right now to my advantage...So I am sure that all our competitors for portal players are doing this..It's not a good look for us..

The other team is using it is simple.. the other coaches could paint Alabama as a team that is "discombobulated", "disorganized" "disgruntled"or "in disarray"... and that may be why a lot of these people are committing to our rivals.. a lot of people think it might be them out bidding us, but that may not be the case in every instance... some guys may just like the thought of stability... and we don't have that right now..

Saban taught a masters class in this for years!!! Right after signing day, you would see changes to the staff made, NEVER during the process. That shit screams instability!!! When they went to the 2 different signing periods, Saban waited until the class was locked before making a change. These players understand more so now, it’s a business and that their position coach, may or may not be there for their entire time. If it’s Kap, I imagine DeBoer and Kap have told any potential OL what is going to take place. For Nunez, ST coach, players honestly don’t pay too much attention to anyway.

Dude, just take a deep breath and relax. Maybe step away from the ledge. Coaching is a pretty tight brotherhood. So even if your ass might be getting fired or shuffled off the field, you do your job in all areas to ensure a good word is put in for you down the road, UNLESS you’re Lane Kiffin.
