Just want to say that when the Helmet schedule came on the scene a few years back now, it was absolutely the best idea anyone has ever had. It's so easy to track your team, their team, any SEC team at just a glance. And you can see once again who is getting the bye week curse for the season.

Looks like LSU has 3 teams in the West taking their bye before they play them. Bama, as always, Arkansas and Miss St.

Wouldn't attempt to do preseason predictions without it. Use a green highlighter for wins and pink for losses. Start by marking Bama's green.

I always check the open dates before Bama and ut. Bama usually has 6 or 7 opponents with them and ut usually has 1 or 2. Same this year. Bama has 6. Ole Miss plays ASU, aTm plays ULM, MO plays MTSU, LSU took a bye, MSU plays La Tech, and the barn plays Liberty. ut has but 2. UF plays Colorado State and SC took a bye.

the BAMA/LSU off-week is always a wash with the 2 teams. we've always had the week off (well, for along time, anyway) before we play them; as have they before they play us.

True enough. But with the Bengals having to get ready for Miami and with Arkansas and Miss State both getting 2 weeks to prepare for them, as well as Alabama, this could be a long season down on the Bayou. I hope.
