I didn't think Stewart would get a call the first 3 rounds. Thought Eddie would. And what the heck with Tim?! Kiper had him in the top 5 and even the top pick at one point. And not that long ago. Dude still hasn't even gotten the nod. We've got to clean up the drug use, in my opinion.

One of the few I got right was Stewart, because he has no weakness (Aside from not being a a big WR - But he's not small). He's fast, explosive, goes and gets the 50/50 balls, blocks, and is just generally a mean competitor. Doesn't back down.

Tim Williams absolutely tanked. All along there were legit questions about his run defense. His first 4 years in college I don't think he ever played on a running down. But between the arrest and info on failed drug tests I guess teams just said we don't need the headache. Crazy IMO since pass rushing is so valuable in the league right now. Yet another Bama dude under valued by the league compared to "scouts" and us fans. On the other hand, Dalvin T goes in the second... Who would've thought that he would jump Tim? Craziness.

I forgot all about Eddie. Such a shame. No doube he was heading for a huge pay day before the injury. Would be a great story for someone to take him anyway!

Just one note about the Saints organization. They have Mark Ingram and Peterson and they went Alvin Kamara with a 3rd round pick and went up in the draft to get him. Their defense is one of the most anemic, pathetic examples of gridiron resistance in the league. They are incapable of thinking defensive personnel even when they are picking defense. They miss on Reuben and Florida LB Alex Anzalone is plan B? Talk about a flyer. They recently brought in Manti Te'o, maybe he can show them all his defensive awards. Reuben Foster should be downright thankful he doesn't have to be coached by Sean Payton, and a GM Mickey Loomis, who obviously knows only one side of the ball.

How does the third round have 43 picks when there are only 32 teams?

Does AU even have a draft pick? Didn't they have Dlinemen that were highly thought of by their fans?
I saw a tweet about Adams being picked last night. That's as much as I know. The only reason I knew that? I found myself looking to see if the unblockable Lawson had been selected yet.

The barners have been having decent recruiting classes even if they haven't been winning a lot of games and to be at 1 is odd. Georgia, you could say the same thing and they don't have anyone off the board yet. For all their cheating, Ole Miss is at 1 after 3 rounds.

After 3 rounds in the SEC:

Alabama: 9
LSU: 6
Florida: 5
Tennessee: 3
Texas A&M: 3
Missouri: 1
Ole Miss: 1
Auburn: 1
Vanderbilt: 1

Eddie was projected as a 4th or 5th rounder, prior to the draft, per NFL.com. He will get drafted. Dieter is more than likely a UDFA.
There's speculation that the Titans will be taking Eddie Jackson in the 5th with one of their two picks if he fall to them. Since they need sceondary depth.

They were supposed to get that depth earlier in the draft but decided to instead opt for tweaking the offense. 5th overall for Corey Davis seemed like a stretch to me at first, but when I saw all the other receivers going shortly after I realized that they were not going to get left with the 3rd best receiver.
