The interesting number on Drake is that he was one of the slowest to 10 yards at 1.64 and then blew out the next 30 at a blazing speed. For a comparison Marshall was 1.53 through 10 yards and Henry was 1.61.

Marshall Faulk was impressed with Derrick today. Always good to have a HoF'er on your side.

Yeah but he made the same mistake of looking at his receiving stats and assuming that meant he sucked at catching the ball. People need to take into account how these players are used, some almost never throw to the back, no matter their aptitude to catch the ball.

Same experts were saying how Elliot would be a much better pass catcher, yet he had 2 drops and two more near drops.

How his numbers compared to all other WR's. Granted this doesn't tell how successful he'll be in the NFL, but his numbers are meh...

They, and if I recall Marshall was one of em, made the comments on how Ingram sucked at catching the ball... he had 50 catches in just 12 games this past season...

I think he had more rec yds and TD than rush yds and TD.

I am sure Bama practices it, it just seems our QB rarely ever check down to the RB, most of their catches are on a planned screen or swing pass.

No he had over 700 yards rushing and 6 TDs, 405 yards and no TDs receiving.

I just recalled seeing several game lines where he had more rec than rush. That is the way NO runs their offense anyway.

Treadwell also didn't perform very well. Ricardo Louis looks to be the best so far which is very surprising to me...didn't think he'd be around the top of the board on most WR things.
