Wichita State got hammered pretty good today by Iowa. I realize they've had injuries, but the Shockers don't look like a good team this year. I hope that win vs Wichita State served as a confidence booster for us to compete vs Notre Dame.

Obasahan with the winning layup, lots of emotion. Lots of ups and downs for a great player struggling on a team without real direction the last few years. You can just feel all that emotion in the very beginning of this clip as he and Coach AJ enjoy the moment right before celebrating with the team..

I didn not believe we could pull this off, but MAN ALABAMA DID! Holllyyy shit what a fucking awesome game! Offense finally posted up and scored in the paint, Obasahan was amazing in every aspect, we pushed the ball up court, and finally, WE FINISHED!!!!! HELL YES, ROLL DAMN TIDE!!!!!!!

Well obviously I didn't expect him to put up the performance he just did, so yeah, I'll eat my crow for my stupidity. Still though, to my defense, Edwards was silent in the 2nd half, but Norris really wasn't doing much.

It was essentially you and me keeping the B'ball threads going (outside of game threads) at the old Woolly.

Good to see these guys learning how to FINISH close games.

Another thing about CAJ... His NBA background brings something to the table we haven't really discussed until seeing these last 2 big wins... His GAME MANAGEMENT, especially in the final minutes of the game. Something we've been missing for YEARS.

Exciting time to be a Bama basketball fan. Let's keep our expectations tempered, though. There will still be growing pains during this philosophical and cultural transition with CAJ at the helm.

But man, doesn't it feel great to know he has this program headed in the right direction? Refreshing.
