An 18-year-old Auburn student has been arrested for putting herbicide on 17 trees around Bryant-Denny Stadium. Alabama Power Company says the herbicide will not affect the durability of the telephone poles in question.

I knew something stupid would happen in response to Updyke. I sincerely hope this is where it ends. Not only is this stupid in the childish sense but this person just poisoned random trees with no sentimental value. I'm glad if someone had to retaliate, it was against something of negligible meaning.
