Curious that everyone is picking Sims 10th, yet he holds the single season passing record at Alabama and supposedly brought a dimension to the Tide's game the team had never previously enjoyed.

If I have a football game to win, I want Pat Trammell and Joe Namath. Wouldn't hurt to have the guy wearing the houndstooth hat, smoking a cigarette, and leaning up against the goal post prior to the game as the coach.

@TheChief, I just rattled off 10 names in no particular order. If I was basing on performances, single seasons, careers,etc. I would've gone differently.

If I based it off of overall performance, I'd place him in the top 5. He had an outstanding year numbers wise, but in the end, didn't win a NATTY.
