That makes two of us. But, I'm not surprised we see eye to eye on him.

I don't know about not leaving a back in for pass protection. This I do know. This one rides on Greg. I've got no doubts about that.

I think Greg has a big game. I see Roy, Trent and Mark all having several catches on screens and then some deep balls to the wide outs. I thin kwe have a mismatch with whoever tries to cover Peek. I like our chances big time!!!

Can't remember where I saw it, but I remember something that Florida keys on shutting down the TE by putting a safety on them. I'm not sure if that means they have one less LB in on passing downs, or if it means one less DB to cover other areas/receivers, but it probably leaves them exposed elsewhere to a degree.

Unless a team has a DB that is 6'4" or better, I see Peek as a mismatch on anyone. I see it as a mismatch with Haden on Julio or any other DB that tries to cover him one on one. UF can try to take Peek away with a safety but I see that as an advantage for us and Greg.

The height advantage is there against most defenders, but Peek will have a harder time getting separation against a DB. Allocating the safety to Peek opens up deep routes. Adding another safety (and giving up a DL or LB) could help the run in mid-yardage situations.

this game is all about whether GMac has time to go through his reads and pass the ball. If they're back there eating his lunch in the first quarter, they'll be doing it the whole game. If we appear to be able to block them with 6-7 on the line, it's ON!!! RTR!

Peek will have to use his body size as his lverage to the ball and I agree, this opens up the run game if they pull a DL or LB and replace with a DB or S.

Peek is a very good TE. Having him in is always a plus. He has made several really big, plays/blocks for the O this year.

Terry, I wasn't sure whether you were referring to hating Finebaum or Danielson, lol. I have found that Finebaum is pretty tolerable if you just listen to his interviews.

Danielson is a very good analyst. It is only when he decides that he is also a referee that he gets on my nerves.

I am sure that the Gators will put a high quality player on the field in Dunlap's position, but as a friend of mine likes to say, there is a reason Dunlap was the 1st stringer. I hope his comparing Dunlap's imprtance to the Gators DL to Andre's to our OL last year is a valid one.

I think what makes Dunlap a viable comparison to Andre is that the 2 are/were regarded as TOP 5 overall picks in the upcoming draft.

I don't hate many people. Fulmer falls in that small crowd. I don't hate Danielson or Finebaum. But I dislike them both very strongly. I don't respect Finebaum because he's only an entertainer, and isn't happy unless someone is getting fired. That's how he makes his money and ratings.

Danielson I respect for his knowledge and X's and O's calling. But his opinionated way of calling games is my beef, and I think it effects his integrity. DOn't like him for that reason, and it's enough for me to dread each and every time he calls our games. Plus, I miss Jill Arrington on CBS.

If they put a safety on Peek than that is gonna leave at least one one-on-one on the outside. I like those chances. I also like Peek's chances against a Safety regardless.

a little of topic but did ya'll listen to the Pat Dye section? He actually said that the Auburn game was much like the LSU game.....WTF? We whipped LSU down and he thinks Auburn did that to us? WTF?.......He may have been drunk.
