🌎 You have to live in 1 state the rest of your life with these stipulations...

1- You get $1 million (tax free) on Jan 1st every year as long as you live.

2- You can't live in a state that you have previously lived in (previously visited is ok).

3- If you leave your newly selected state for any reason, it costs you $250,000 a day. So basically, a week's vacation away would cost you $1,750,000.

Would you take the deal?

I'm not sure but everything there is trying to kill you so I'll pass on living there though I'd like to visit. Alaska would be the only state I'd consider taking the deal for. If the travel fee wasn't so steep and/ or it had an end date I might take it for a couple of years.
Too damn cold, though beautiful.

I'll say yes. And Texas. If I want cold weather there is still the west part. Beaches...

If we hadn't started traveling I was planning to try moving to Alaska. We went in summer and I loved it. Wife said it would be too cold in winter so we booked a trip in early February and loved it then too. We were seriously talking about moving but decided to travel instead.

Piss on living in Texas, way to brown for me. East of Dallas would be the only part I'd consider living in. Green and plenty of good cajun food. West side had great Mexican but not enough green.

Covered in...? I don't want ice in my tea.

Those temps aren't that bad. The fishing and hunting would make up for it for a while anyway. It would be something I'd like to do for 3 years or so at most. What I'd prefer is summer there and winter in the keys.

I'll stay my ass in Alabama. According to the rules, it says "previously" lived in...not currently living in. So gimme that million every Jan 1st and I'm good. I'll move down to Gulf Shores (or somewhere REAL close to the beach) and be happy.
Loopholes!!!!!
I like it, I’ll stay my ass here in Florida then!!!!

You want to make a mockery of my hypotheticals?

ok.

1. Florida. (Alabama, Georgia, New Jersey only states I have live in.

2. Does it count if I stay in a states more then 2-3 months?

3. Just look at what I can do in Fla.? One more question, is the ocean count as leaving the state?

I'd more than likely turn it down, but if I had to pick a place, it would be Florida.

As long as you stay within that state's waters and/or don't cross another state's boundary.
