78,000 was a nice crowd! Calloway will be a great change of pace at H back. Yeldon looks advanced just like other incoming RBs of the past. The defense won't be shabby at all!

I had no idea we had 78k come! That is good, we need to keep this tradition going and improving, last year has 91,000!!

I saw some note, somewhere, that Rhoads had its biggest crowd ever yesterday.

Its too bad that they can't combine the A-Day weekend with the Air Show weekend. A Double Feature weekend if you will could potentially boost both event's draw.

Terry, I made it home yesterday to catch the last 2 innings on tv. They announced that they had over 3,900 there for the game. I read an article yesterday morning that stated that since CNS arrived, more than 438,000 people had witnessed A-Day, not including yesterday's numbers. They also mentioned how Coach Moore had been real animate about it being free to the public. It made mention that if $5 a person was charged, roughly $400,000-$500,000 would be raised. Coach Moore said he didn't care. It was for the fans!!

Did you happen to mention to him that 10/10 Alabama fans would gladly pay $1 each if $101,831 (or $78,5XX) was then used to repave sidewalks/roads around campus?

Seen him at A-Day and now watching the game on TV. This kid is going to be fun to watch over the next few years. He can run, catch, move and hit the corner. I think we will see some big things from him in the future.
