Uhhh Saban has been mentioning "focus" and "complacency" since 2010... where have u guys been?

And several games last season demonstrated demonstratively that lack of focus. One of them i paid good money to see.

I'm speaking of the mantra from the players.

Definitely not where it should have been. You look at the performances against Virginia Tech, Colorado State, and Mississippi State, all had their very sloppy performances and the team not playing at the same intensity. A lot of talk about the team chemistry not being really "there" last year like it was in previous years. A lot of inexperience this year, but doesn't really mean its a rebuilding year because of that. The 08 team had only 9 seniors and had to play #9 Clemson and #3 Georgia. Of course the difference there was that we had a senior QB, more experienced O-Line, and no one really expecting Alabama to be that dominant. But you see my reason.
