I don't think the numbers tell the whole story here.

Yes, BG had their way with the UT secondary ... a group that was told right before the game their position coach was suspended due to improper contact with a recruit. Essentially, they were without a coach against BG.

The article I saw said that this was a one game suspension as far as being on the field. There are other penalties regarding recruiting on both Martinez and the school.
