🏈 With beasts rising in the SEC East, first week of December may be relevant again (SEC beat column)

I'd say it's a combination of both. LSU certainly isn't as good as they were last year. As much as they wanted to whine about how bad Jordan Jefferson was last year, they relied HEAVILY on his ability to run to move their offense up and down the field.

On the flip side, from the East, Florida is night and day compared to last year, and South Carolina certainly appears to have a solid team. Both of those teams are definitely better than they have been in the last few years, and I think that you could say the same about Georgia.

IF we make it to the SEC Championship Game, I really would love to play somebody other than Florida. I think it'd be awesome if we met Tennessee there one of these years, but I'm actually enjoying where they're at currently. But, it would be nice to finally play somebody different in that game.
