pulling for the Gators to swamp LSU?

I want us to beat LSU and take care of our own business.

Nothing would suit me better than going into Baton Rouge for a matchup with two unbeatens. That would give us two wins over top 5 teams - 3 top 10. THAT is a resume'.

oh yeah, i want that big time!

Here's everything i hope that occurs for the rest of the season: I hope that Bama goes undefeated all the way...LSU loses at least twice, Auburn loses as much as possible...and in the east i hope somehow Vandy pulls off a miracle and wins so they will play BAMA in the SEC championship game :)

Wouldn't that be awesome if all that happened?

boy i need to back off that Kool-Aid LOL

I see your point, Big_Fan, but I'm telling you now that LSU is not gonna have an unblemished record by the time we get to Baton Rouge. Georgia will take care of that on October 25, that is, if the Gators can't get it done next Saturday.

LSU is the most overrated team in the Top Ten right now.

I would like to go into Tiger Stadium with a two-game lead in the West.

I don't disagree with your opinion of LSU. I do think that they are terribly overrated. I told a friend of mine that I was more concerned with UK than LSU...and I really was not that concerned with UK. We were our own worst enemy against UK.

Still, LSU could get by UGA due to their defense. I think our OL matches up much better against LSU than UGA's OL. We will run the ball on LSU, I don't know that UGA can. Can UGA torch the LSU secondary? That is a big question mark.

Here's your answer: Mississippi State hung 27 points on that LSU defense. They ate the Bayou Bengals up on screen passes. One of their weaknesses has been exposed--I don't know if Florida can get it done, but Georgia certainly will.

The Dawgs will be very motivated and on a mission for some redemption in the SECCG. LSU goes down to them.

I think Stafford will torch them.

I'm pulling for UF to win the rest of them if Vandy or KY can't win the East. Rather not play UGA again because I'm afraid it will be harder to get up for them a second time.

Indeed it is. It will be hard for me to root against the Gators but an undefeated LSU team getting it's first loss handed to it by Bama would be sweet.

Could Vandy sell all of their SEC CG tickets? That's adding a lot of new fans. Its been so long for them, maybe they can borrow the Arkansas Razorback Band wagon, their not using it now.

Vandy ought to be able to sell a lot of tickets to ex-Auburn fans, who appear to be jumping ship in droves. I've seen far, far, far fewer Tiger flags and stickers on cars in Birmingham this year. They've crawled back under their rocks, that is, the ones who aren't considering becoming Bama fans again.....

I agree with BF I hope the beat the MIGHTY GOD of football, the greatest player of all time, the guy that can throw a football across the world 4 times with a the flick of a wrist. ^^sar Teblow and the rest of the rat pack.

how interesting will things be if Texas beats Oklahoma and if UF beats LSU next week? who thinks Texas would jump us and go straight to #1 since we will be on a bye week if they do win?

depends on how they win. Blow out and maybe they jump. If florida wins big then LSU falls sharply and Florida jumps a little. Either way it's going to be interesting once the Big XII gets under way. Wouldn't surprise if USC jumps back to the top!

Count me in on that one...

The winner of that game will be number one.
