I can't hold it against him. I knew that as an Auburn man he was only here to further his career and gain knowledge under Saban. He got a ring from his rival, so there was no further incentive for him to stay.

I hate to lose him. I think he did a great job on the field and recruiting the hotbed of Mobile. Who can/will take on that role now? I guess we'll soon hear some names.

I'm happy for Coach Willis. That's yet another Defensive mind from the SEC in Texas. Will Muschamp, Joe Kines and James Willis. Am I missing any one? We must have some kind of weird "prisoner exchange" at the boarder where Texas sends us their QBs in exchange for out Defensive Coaches.

Kines retired a few weeks back.

Bo (and Carl) Pelini is far and away the best defensive mind in that conference, Bob Stoops and Will Muschamp and Tubberville/Wills included.

But, it is interesting that the high octane, all offense league is seeing the writing on wall and introducing some aggressive defense into their mix.

Now, if anyone rediscovers the concept of a ground game (which Tubberville will slowly evolve toward if my suspicions are correct), maybe they will have a better chance at a national title.

It is the barn's way of weaseling their way into the Mobile area. GUESS WHAT, BOOGERS!!?? THE KIDS IN MOBILE DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE 2ND best team in the state! They ALL went to Alabama! And they will continue to go to Alabama! These kids I watch don't fall for the trooper antics. we teach them to keep their nose(s) to the grindstone, sacrifice and act like you've been there before. They aren't falling for your crapola!! The SMART kids see right through you! It is comical to watch, though.
