🏈 Who's your SURPRISE player this year?

Who's a guy you think is gonna step in right away and make an immeadiate impact? For me its Derrick Henry. Pair him up with Yeldon and we've got an Ingram/Richardson type duo all over again and not to mention Drake and Fowler in the backfield as well. It's gonna be fun to watch.

ALSO I know all the experts are picking McCarron as one of the pre-season favorites to win the Heisman but all I keep thinking is how Yeldon is a sophmore coming off a strong freshman season JUST LIKE Mark Ingram did. All I'm saying is that I would not be surprised come Heisman time if Yeldon isn't in NYC.

Agreed! I don't mean to be a contrarian, but I know how Rueben Foster or Derrick Henry are going to take too many people by surprise, esp. with the fall camp the former is having and the spring camp the latter had. Volger and Arie Kouandijo have been at the university for a while without making a lot of noise. I think this is their year to break out.

I'm a believer in Jonathan Allen, I'll be suprised if the gets much of a chance based on the current roster. I haven't heard a peep about him even though I though he was here for the spring.

Very true. I totally forgot all about the kickers until you mentioned them. I sure hope Cade Foster or AG can do well this year. Desperate for a kicker that can kick 50+ field goals.
