You could definitely give that to Michigan, LSU, Tennessee, or Texas. All of these schools were supposed to be turning the corner, and in LSU's case making a run to the upper echelon of college football due to their success last year and recruiting. Texas has failed to get over the hump yet again. Michigan still underachieving even after all of the pre-season media pump up. Tennessee was also expected to challenge in the East with a solid offensive line, good recruiting, and another year defensively under Pruitt, and they have failed to take a step in the right direction.
