Seriously, I would like to see fans start a huge mail campaign to the CBS executives about the consistently bad and biased sportscasting by Lundquist and Danielson. It's been sorry and unprofessional much too long.

I'm not talking about crude emails either but actually letters of concern constructed tactfully and with class. If enough folks wrote in to the CBS brass and also to CBS SEC sponsorship threatening not to support those products until something is done in terms of rectifying the problem(s), I guarantee you concerns would not be taken lightly.

I plan an email at the very least. Please let me know if anyone has heard about a possible doghouse situation before I let Mr. Danielson know my thoughts on his comments. Just not right. :no-no:

Don't waste your time sending Danielson an email. It would probably be taken more seriously if you sent your concerns to CBS Sports execs and to CBS SEC Football sponsorships.

I'm at the point of sending a serious communique without the Factor nonsense. I just wish we could find enough people to send a landslide of mail to the folks that matter when it comes to these networks--the sponsors!

If you guys are serious about this, then IMO you need to get Terry to come clean on who all he knows on other message boards.

Feel out other folks on these message boards around the SEC and see if they are as pi$$ed about the game calling as we are when it comes to calling their teams games. Then post the link and get a large email contingent of folks to bombard not only CBS, but the sponsors as well. Home Depot in Atlanta is a big sponsor for the CBS halftime show. Tell them you will take your business to Lowes as long as they continue to sponsor these Richard Cranium's being on the air.

What really perturbed me about Danielson's commentary today was his added remark about Mark Ingram's dad being incarcerated. That was unnecessary, IMO.

Danielson is a jackass and Paper Lion as a QB. :swear:

Gary really gets under my skin. and I'm almost positive with my gut feeling that the tool doesn't like Bama AT ALL. I'm not saying the commentator has be a sunshine pumper but it really pisses me off sometimes and it seems he goes out of his way to either subliminaly slug mud or doesn't give credit where it's due.

I am writing in to CBS Monday morning. It's one thing to get paid no telling how much but if I'm going to watch these games at least have the respect and decency to get the players names right. I'm so tired of hearing "Marqweeez Maze" from Verne I almost kicked my TV. Alteast I didn't hear any Rolando McCall tonight but rather than mispronounce his last name completely wrong they now have his first name pronounced wrong lol.

My dog could do a better job and follows football better.

wow am i really that blind/deaf or what? i heard all the mispronounced names but they do that with every team and the thing about Terry Grant being in the dog house and Ingram's pops being in jail (uncalled for) but other than it just didn't (and has never to me) seemed like they go out of there way to subliminally or any other way take shots at Bama. I know they have man-crushes on Tebow thought but it's just me and I'm paying more attention to the game than the commentary and I just miss it.

Well I'm dead serious about this whether other message boards are willing or not. But that's a great idea--the more, the better.

We do need to create a list of sponsors that support CBS SEC football games.

Emails WILL NOT get the desired results....

Every CEO is listed out there along w/ his regular mailing address (not PO Box listing).

We could get his mailing address & everybody submit their letter's Certified Mail on the SAME DATE. The CEO has to have somebody sign for those letters (it is supposed to be him) & when he gets them it will only take a minute of time for him get the message.

AND we keep doing it until something happens.
