Personally, I see no reason to be worried at all as it pertains to Alabama. If this was 2005? Sure. But, Saban and the current UA admin have proven that they are out in front on stuff, and even when they aren't (in rare times), they adjust quickly and decisively. Now, are issues going to crop up that stem from NIL? Yes, but that's the same for everyone across the board, and 99% of the rest of them aren't as well equipped to handle those issues as Alabama is, IMO.
