šŸˆ Who are you eager to see this year that plays for Bama?

To young or the offense itself.
I'm trying to think of the guys name...look at the last season at UW: Grubb- total yards for their feature back. Johnson. That's the guy. He broke 1000. Yet, their running game was ranked over 100.

So, yes the offense. And, the unknown on how Grubb is going to play this. In my opinion, it all starts with who is #4 on the chart at the WR position. Let's say the 2's are three of either Scott, Meadows, Adams, or Brooks. Let's also say the offense is getting consistent production out of this crew. (They've been hot and cold; but when hot?) Now, does Grubb choose to not just attack, attack, attack?

I've always liked Miller. Over the last few months Hill has caught the eyes of more than a few. Young getting snaps in which situation between those two?

There are high expectations for the OL. I believe most of those rankings are thinking about Pass-pro where I expect them to be pretty good.

Just hard nose running? The TE's are in place but I just don't have that feel. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Justin Jefferson at linebacker. Probably the entire LBer core to be honest.
If I were to start a list of position groups that I'm the least worried about and it ran through the position group I'm the most interested in...the LB room ranks at least tied for #2 on the least worried side of the columns.

So, We have real good coaches on the staff. It's just that last year they had to make adjustments to the coaching staff halfway through and who was calling plays. I don't see that happening again this fall, but I'm more curious about the chemistry and getting the best out of the players.
The lack of 2nd half adjustments baffled me last year. I hope that changes.

The first time yes, but what about the 5 other times afterwards?
You may disagree with how I look at this. So, I'll use an analogy.

Let's jump back to '90 when Emmitt came to town and ran all over Bama. Why weren't there any second half adjustments? Emmitt, like other schools, had Bama's number that day.

I don't believe, for one second, the breakdowns weren't addressed. I also believe, much like the QB, there were times some players just blinked out on defense.

Defense, from the staff on the sidelines (sans one) really doesn't concern me. I know what's returning in that front seven and have a good idea on the back (just not how they'll run that rotation: it'll be quite a few.) It's all about keeping them off the board, right? I believe they'll be better this fall and they were pretty sporty on scoring defense last season.
