The book is a good read...written while he was at LSU, so there is some hard to swollow points, but from the book I would say my favorite line was "You will become a champion because you are already a champion".

Love it. And since that video, it's incredible the upgrade in our team, particularly defense (giving up 21 to that LSU team?), and in running back. I love Coffee - what a warrior - but speed, strength and agility went through the roof with Mark and Trent.
