Each of these venues/sites/location is loved and has another name that is perfectly fine. I don't think that I, nor their own fans, degrade that name by referring to it by another. To the contrary, the names -both names- are a point of pride and add to the organization. If we wanted to go complelty conservative we could simple describe our stadium by is postal street address, but we have chosen to go further, adding to it by giving it an additional name. As long as we have started down this path, if there is value to be had, to NOT make the next step would turn tradition into a handicap vice an asset. We walk that line as well as any, but change is not a sin. Recall the days when there were no names on the jerseys? Are we old enough to remember Astroturf, or even the days before Astroturf? We have Bryant's tower, but we don't use it because we have film.
Again, I'm not pushing for change, just legging out a thought. However, a automatic rule of See No Change, Hear No Change, Speak No Channge could make us look like monkeys if we are not careful.
