Vacating a win basically is like erasing the football game from the all-time
record books for BOTH teams that participated in the game. It is not considered a loss or a win for EITHER team. It is simply like the game never happened at all.

It's like the new thing to do for the NCAA.

My aubie hubby says he'd take vacated wins over scholly losses any day of the week. I don't know about that one...just hate to see those wins erased. Yeah, yeah I know who won on the field.

If given the choice, I would vacate the wins as well, we don't need to lose any schllies. We are finally getting talent and depth, we don't need to start over again. Depth is building at every position and should be even deeper in 2010.
