🏈 What is your favorite Iron Bowl Memory

the comeback win Shaun Alexander orchestrated somewhere back around 2000. aubs went up early and it looked bad for about 10 minutes. then we ran the ball down their throats and destroyed them for the last 2/3 of the game or so. it was funny and left me with a great feeling at the end. i think we may have been underdogs that year, too.

after going back and looking at the score history i think it was 1998. 31-17 final

1996, my first Iron Bowl. After the final second ticked off the clock, for the next 45 minutes the resounding sounds of "Roll Tide" echoed through Legion Field. Then, of course there was the 1st victory on the Plains. And, the 36-0 shut out in '08. And Van Tiffin's kick. Really, there are so many, it's hard to pick just one.

Last year would be it for me. After being treated like %^$# at the game, it was priceless to see the faces of all of those bastards when the clock ticked zero.

Gonna have to agree with this one. We were treated like crap through the whole game. Then when Upchurch went in the endzone, they disappeared mysteriously...hmmm..

Will be attending again this year too! Hope its memorable as well!

The 85 game was a classic!! The look on Pat Washington and Bo Jackson's faces were things of BEAUTY!! The 96 game was great as well!!

I was at the 85 Iron Bowl. It's the only one I've seen in person and I don't think it will ever be topped. The lead changed four times in the fourth quarter. Auburn scored and Bama got the ball back with 50 seconds left, and then Mike Shula got sacked. But Al Bell had a big reverse, and Greg Richardson caught a pass over the middle and dragged the Auburn db out of bounds at the 35. On the next play, Van Tiffin kicked a 52 yard FG as time expired.

Lots of people forget that Tiffin actually missed a 52 yard FG earlier in the game. But all is forgiven when you have a game-winning kick like that.
