🏈 What if Saban leaves?

When CNS leaves, he leaves. Don't get me wrong, we would be losing one hell of a coach. But its going to happen at some point, so theres no sense in going into a meltdown when it happens.

I think that UA proved with CNS that we're not afraid to lay down some cash for a top notch coach. I would imagine something similar would happen when CNS leaves Alabama.

Dude it Stoops!

Our situation, should CNS depart, would momentarily resemble the chaos that surrounds the Memphis basketball program waiting on Calipari to decide. A lot of anguish and hand wringing for a while, then settling down as the situation resolves.

A succession of less intense coaches made us forget the principles behind Coach Bryant's many years of success. While Coach Saban is a totally different personality he demonstrates what wins: no one outworks you, surround yourself with quality people, plan and organize well. As long as we keep those traits in mind with the next coach we will be fine.

No sir...it would not.

My attempt to derail the thread was unsuccessful.

I'm not going to waste the time that we've got Saban as HC worrying about when he's going to leave. I didn't do it when we had The Bear and I'm not going to do it now.

I'm going to enjoy it while he's here...and hope he's here for a long, long time. He's awesome!
