I'm going to Panama City this weekend and I can't get the game at the condo I'm staying in. Does anyone know of a restaurant, bar or anything within 50 miles of Panama City Beach, FL that would have the game.

Inasmuch as that part of Florida is called LA(Lower Alabama), I would think any sports bar you walked into would have the Bama game on.

Dothan is about 60 miles, but it is an easy drive and everywhere in Dothan will have the Bama game on.

Also close to there is Pensacola which has it's very own chapter of the University of Alabama Alumni Association. I would imagine they must get together somewhere to watch the games or could tell you where to see it in that area.
