UA 7-0 (#1) vs aTm 6-0 (#6)

Arky 5-2 (#17) vs Aubie 4-2 (#21)

Ls u 4-2 (#25) vs Ole Reb/Black Bare 3-3 (#23)

Bama in what should be hardest game of the season "should" take care of the Atms, but we all know "should" doesnt always win out. Riding the high from the UT game could be the downfall for this team. Still pretty young and it will be hard to reach the bye week without a let down; which may well be a tragic moment.

After watching Arky come on against OMu last week could as well set them up for a let down against the quickly rising aubies Their D is real and if they have a lucid moment on O... who knows. I root for the piggies.

With LF7 attempting to solidify his draft stock, which has to be a sell just now, and with Coach O mumbling an unknown language on the sideline the rebel Chads may have lost anything to fight for. other than trying not to be MSU and finish in the cellar. LF7 takes a look at last week's oMu loss and serves up 2nds for the Freezers. Only thing worse the oMu this week would be the Nzaa hammer drop.

Lastly, can MSU beat anyone? UK welcomes the cellar dwellers from the west into town to boost their standing in the East.

Would run thru the East schedule, but let's face it... who cares.

For the west division, it's the second season, the march to Atlanta. LSU has always had the second best personnel in the SEC, will they step up against the rebels? I'm not sure that ole miss can hang unless Kelly gets hot, and unlike the razorback game, can hit the long ball. Yaw Yaw, gets his closeup. LSU in a thriller.

Austin Allen has a chance to impress on the road and given the egg this team laid in the second half of, again, a very winnable TAMU game, they need to come through if this program is ever going to rise to some level of relevance in the west. Big game for BossHog. Close games usually go to the home team. I think the barners grind it out.

Well, it was UT that was to be our tough team to face. Now it LSU just because of Coach O, come again? Has LSU really faced anyone sense the braner game? I also think Bama has already faced the two tougher QB's. Now this isn't the Sugar Bowl game, because the way I think, Bama players didn't have their heart in the game. Well, some didn't, but you have to have the whole team on the right note! So I say bring on the QB Bama DEFENSE will take care of him!

I think that A&M will be our toughest test.
They are much more balanced on the O side of the ball. Defensively, they have some good players. Tackling is something that they have problably worked on during the extra week to prepare for us. I think LSU, while very good on the D side of the ball, is too one-dimensional on the offensive side of the ball.
The bottom line is that Bama should win out, but a lot will depend on the guys staying focused (which hasn't been a problem recently) to the end, securing the ball, and avoiding injuries.
ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!! :bama:

I have been beating this drum for weeks, aTm is the biggest test. The aggies and vols swapped places from last year to this year. Last year we were coming to the end of a grueling 8 week stretch with UT coming off a bye week. Looking fresh as a daisy they gave us all we wanted because our team was running on fumes.

This years team appears to still have some left in the tank for the aTm game, but if the aggies are on, I think it will be a tough fought game. If we get past the aggies, I look for us to run the table.

The slate of early games today ... sucks.
You right, This game of NCST and Louisville is already getting out of hand. Birds wanting to win it and the Packs are really trying to give it to them. Watching Kennesaw State and Gardner-Webb now KS 26- GW 14 both of these school are in the Big South.
