🏈 Watching the game in Georgia on TV......(Ga So/Alabama)

Hey fellow Tide fans in GA....

I am confused. I went out to the ESPN Gameplan site and the blackout map shows GA being blacked out so I called Comcast (Xfinity or whatever they are calling themselves these days) and they advised it would be in the Gameplan lineup and not offered as a singular PPV game. What gives here? Anyone else know? ESPN 3 is also saying the game is not available in this area.

Please let me know if you find out anything. I will do the same. I am not sure I can trust the CSR from Comcast.

I've done this before with DishNetwork.

Order Gameplan today, cancel it either Sunday or Monday. They prorated my bill for the 2 days I had Gameplan, and it came out about the same, if not actually a little cheaper, than if I would have ordered the Pay-per-view. It was a Dish CSR that actually suggested that I do it this way.

Don't know if it will work with Comcast or not, but it has worked on DishNetwork with me.

I would assume its gonna be blacked out for u. They're usually blacked out in the two states the game is played.

From what I understand the game can be viewed on ESPN Gameplan in every state....except Georgia & Alabama. You must order the game as a PPV if you reside in one of these two states.

espn3.com... most internet providers give this for free.

I understand it being blacked out in Alabama because they force you to order the game on PPV, but there is no PPV for Ga Southern. So they basically are giving me no option for seeing it.
