Hard not to get emotional when you have developed a 5-6 year relationship with these young men.

I felt the same way during my time coaching. These boys come to you at 12-13 year olds and you mold them into 18 year old young men. I said 5-6 years for Saban because he had these guys in his camps for a year or two, been into their homes, etc.

I wonder if he goes undefeated with an unprecedented 15-0 in the modern era and ties record for most NCs, would he consider hanging it up?

That would take time away from recruiting.
