🏈 “Watch out for Tennessee, this could be a year they make some noise.”

Notice the graphic "defense held opponents to 15.5 PPG during 6-game winning streak."

What they are not pointing to here is the three losses to P5 teams where the offense couldn't put up more than 14 points per game. They are a lot like UofSC; a decent defense but the offense kept them from winning more.

I'd be willing to bet there's going to be a double digit difference in the number of points put up by SECW teams versus that of SECE teams by seasons end. The east, in a sense, is still stuck back in 2010.

If Pruitt can get them better as the year goes along, I can see them making some noise in the East. They play UG & AU away but have UF at home for the last game of the season. So if they are improving & injuries are at a minimum then I see them giving UF a hard time.

A side note is that they should give us a pretty good idea how to defend against AU either by how successful or unsuccessful they are in the game.

The 8 wins in a row.....
Were not against good teams.... KY was best....( and they werent good)
Indiana in bowl pushed them all over field..... and just gave it away in end....
But..to Tennessee credit...they won where earlier they found ways to lose...
SECe is so weak past Florida n UGA...

I forgot about that game. UTurd almost UTurded themselves in that one.

UK could take the barn...could, so a win over UK this year might mean something for Pruitt.
