They're screwing up Montana too. Just one example, Bozeman median house price in 4 years have gone from $250k > $750k. Bozeman is now called Bozeangeles.
Hopefully they don't bring their reasons for fleeing the state of California to Montana.
Texas will soon be blue again due to the influx. Many are chasing jobs, a better way of living and not state tax. But they'll bring all their problems with them...just a matter of time.

I have a buddy in Whitefish and he said the same thing. He and his wife couldn't afford the house they built 2 years ago. Said the entire valley up around Kalispell has doubled in size in the last 3 years. He is thinking about selling and moving to Idaho.
I wonder how much longer it will be such a hot seller's market. Seems like it's been this way for years. I keep hearing how houses are selling at way above asking before a for sale sign can even be pulled from the agent's trunk. I don't ever remember a seller's market quite this hot. I mean, eventually it has to shift back to the buyers. But when?
