🏈 Video: Coach McElwain- Aight! Got to say, love this guy..

Great video.

I didn't hear the word "multiple" during his talk, but I wonder if our offensive approach will vary as much game to game as it did under Fran.

His emphasis on being more physical, hopefully, will translate into some good running numbers and make us less predictable.

RTR,

Tim

"Got to go back to Montana for our three days of vacation this summer" Hmmm, wonder if the staff is working hard this summer!

Considering coach JM hasn't been available to the media all that much, I'm kind of surprised with the lack of questions/interaction from the media. Of course maybe they took the "stupid questions" comments to heart! :D

I hope it does run out of multiple sets, but I'm not looking to see JPW running off-tackle ala Tyler Watts.

Sounds about like a typical, drywitted college professor.

You love them, they are funny guys, but you are afraid to cross them by not doing things their way.

My calculus teacher was like that.

My two favorite quotes:

"I don't know about 'quarterback friendly', but he better make completions."

and

"When we hit the field, I want the other team to know that they're in for a long day."

I've liked this guy since I saw his interaction with the players on the sidelines during the spring game. I look forward to seeing what the offense does this year, and for as long as we can keep him around.

I really enjoyed the video yesterday, it's going to be exciting to see what he can do at Alabama. I don't expect immediate success, but I like where his head is at.
