🏈 Urban Myer highest paid coach

last I heard Uncle Fester's contract had him making $1 more than the highest paid SEC coach. Hmmm.

Still, that currently put Meyer as 3rd, with Carrol at #1 and .... wait for it... Notre Dame at #2. Interesting.

I want to say Lester's salary grows to $1000 more than the highest paid coach on the years LSU wins the national championship. I could be wrong though.

Update:

"If LSU wins the national championship, the contract provides Miles must become among the nation's top-earning college football coaches, no less than the third highest paid. University officials estimate that would put his annual earnings between $3.2 million and $3.5 million -- but that could grow depending on contract negotiations with other coaches around the country."

And thanks to Wikipedia, I learned Lester's first name is actually Leslie.

$3.2? Interesting. The orlando sentinel has him currently at 3.8. Weird.
